meet the Key Members

Moumita Dey

Moumita Dey has a total of 15 years of experience with more than 10 years in Digital Advertising. She started her advertising career in Times of India where she worked in Operations for a few years before joining Sales. After a seven-and-a-half year stint in TOI, she joined Sizmek (Mediamind) as the Regional Head (South) followed by two years at Rediff.com before joining Ventes Avenues.

Tasneem Sastry

A media professional with experience in sales, marketing and creative brand solutions function, Tasneem Sastry has worked across the TV, radio, digital media and mobile advertising space. She also trains students and employees in radio, leadership and Business English.

Rupinder Singh

Rupinder Singh is a digital specialist with over 11 years of experience across entertainment, gaming, music and emerging mobile platforms. He is well versed with the fast growing and dynamic mobile ecosystem and excels in nurturing brand partnerships. Rupinder has been instrumental in Business Development and Sales for leading Internet companies like Times Internet, People Interactive, Hungama Digital Media, Reliance Digital Entertainment and Hungama Music prior to joining Ventes Avenues.

Santosh Devadiga

Santosh is a finance professional with a career spanning across industries. Having started his career as an intern for a CA firm, he quickly climbed the ladder with jobs in Ogilvy & Mather, UTV Movies and OOH Media. His last stint was in Hungama Digital which according him was the most challenging job till date. He is an ardent cricket lover, chess enthusiast and an admirer of The Economist.

Sarada Prasad Dash

Sarada started his professional career after completing his MBA in Marketing and has a decade’s worth of experience in the telco and digital marketing industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in both technology and marketing. He is an avid reader and likes to learn anything new that interests him.

DHARMENDRA

Dharmendra is the tech lead at Ventes Avenues. He has a total of 10 year experience in Java, Big Data, Node.js, Python, solution architect and various technologies. Prior to joining Ventes Avenues, he was associated with Intertrust where he built the Programmatic Platform and Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI).
